- Manage Sending/Receiving EMS delivery

• -Receive OL and email for the related departments, saving process
• -Keep and maintain documents carefully in order and safety place
• -Manage cleaning staffs, keep office tidy and cleaning
• -Arrange car, hotel, air ticket booking, meeting room….Do the related reports
• -Make the payments for vendors everymonth

- Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company.

Qualifications & Experience

-University Degree

-Adequate knowledge of Logistics

Experience with MS Office such as Oracle is advantage;

Knowledge and Skills

-Adequate experience in analytical and problems solving skills;

-Dedicated and self motivated able to communicate to peers, results driven; teamwork

-Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese.
