• Answer and connect telephone calls, regularly update telephone list and inform staff accordingly
  • Welcome guests and connect them with respective VNM staffs.
  • Receive and deliver, update and make report correspondence, newspapers, documents, faxes… to and from Head Office. 
  • Stationary management including receive stationary orders from Divisions and process these requirements, making record and report.
  • Arrange meeting rooms for all scheduled meetings 
  • Supervise the Cleaners and Security guards
• Office dispatch: mineral water, tea, coffee, etc.
  • To be responsible for the proper operation of the office machines and equipments: telephone operator, fax machines, photocopier, air-conditioners, printers, etc.
  • Settle all payments for Hanoi office: telephone, internet, cleaning service, office renting fee, power expense, air tickets, etc. (if needed).
  • Responsible for car arrangements, cars booking request, monitor cars using as company policies and making monthly reports.
  • Support other colleagues in HR & Admin dept. when required
• Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company.

Qualifications & Experience

University Degree in Business Administration, English, Administration Management or other related fields;
Experiences in the same position is a priority, accept fresh graduated students;
Willing to work overtime and under high pressure;
Friendly, supportive and highly responsible in working
Honest, enthusiastic and hardworking;

Knowledge and Skills

Good at Microsoft Office: Word and Excel 
Ability in dealing multiple tasks

Language

Good communication in both English and Vietnamese (especially speaking and listening skills)
