• Meet or exceed service and sales objectives by providing world-class service to store patrons, selling products and services to current consumers, and actively soliciting new customers through inside sales, outside sales events, and outbound marketing efforts.
• Use your proven customer service ability, excellent communication skills, and strong computer knowledge to guide new customers through the purchasing decision and activation process and educate them about their new product and/or service.
• Handle all aspects of customer activities in the store on a professional and timely manner with integrity and sincerity
• Demonstrate pro-active approach to handling customers and day-to-day activities of the store
• Provide effective support to Shop Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor/ Asst Shop Manager in managing the day-to-day operations
• Assist the organization to acquire, grow and retain customers

Skills:
- Knowledge in store operations/ customer service/ direct sales
- Must have good customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills
