- Processing complaint cases of customer about promotion, charging, vas.
- Monitor, document and escalate production issues and internal requests that arise

- Require taking night shift, and willing to participate in rotating shift roster
- Excellent attendance is a must, this will include working weekends and holidays when needed. Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate travel, out of office activities and work performed out of the office. Ability to handle emergency situations and proactively resolve any issues daily
Qualifications & Experience
- College degree in Computer Science.
- Experience in running help desk in an computer operation centre.
- 3 year computer centre operation experience.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of Unix, Windows server & Cisco products.
- Knowledge of Oracle database
- Using SQL server
