1. Ensure that expense claims is properly supported by legitimate documents
2. Ensure that all payments are properly authorized as per the company’s policies
3. Account for journal entries
4. Clear advance and prepaid amount
5. Confirm the AC balance with staff, third party and supplier periodically
6. - Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company.

University Graduate majoring in Accounting
