How to use service?

Activation: NO REGISTRATION, NO MONTHLY FEE. Vietnamobile actives Roaming service by default to all prepaid customers, however, customers can easily cancel Roaming service via SMS.

Deactivation: Text “HUY CVQT” to 123.

Note:

You can Top-up by scratch card: *100*PIN#OK or other e-Topup functions (eBanking, MyVietnamobile App…)
No domestic promotion usages/balances are applied when you use roaming service, Roaming consumption is always counted on core balance.
To call back Vietnam: 00/+84_Mobile number.
To call Local number or International number: 00/+_Country code_Mobile number.
When you go Roaming, you temporarily cannot call/message to short code numbers.
